The National Commander with a sad heart and trusting in the love of God informs all US Volunteers of the United States Volunteers-Joint Services Command that COLONEL SONNY WILCHER, USAVR, Headquarters Commandant, United States Volunteers-Joint Services Command died this past week. Please keep him in your prayers for the repose of his Soul. Colonel Wilcher retired from the US Army. He served many years as a US Volunteer in a variety of ever increasing responsibility. His diligence and dedication made the United States Volunteers-Joint Services Command the outstanding Veterans Organization it is today. His cheerful and professional demeanor will be deeply missed.

Eternal father, we call upon your blessed name. We pray for eternal rest to be granted upon COL Sonny Wilcher. O lord and let the perpetual light shine upon him.

May his soul and the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in Peace. Welcome him into your paradise, where there will be no more sorry, no weeping or pain, but fullness of peace and joy with your son and the Holy Spirit for ever and ever

Amen.
