  The Primary mission of the USV-JSC and all subordinate Commands remains:
BOOTS ON GRAVES.
USV-JSC's secondary mission is EMERGENCY OPERATIONS. 		 
     
  The mission of the USV-JSC Sustainment Command is to provide logistical support to ALL COMMANDS. Emergency Operations in the USV-JSC are led and commanded by the USV-JSC State of Emergency Command (SOECOM). This Command has no Commander or Staff. Currently, when the USV-JSC conducts an Emergency Operation Exercise, it is led primarily by the Regional Command Commander in whose area the emergency exists to quickly establish a Task Force and draw resources from ALL COMMANDS.
The Sustainment Command needs dedicated US Volunteers with expertise in sustainment activities to provide prompt response to the Task Force Commander.
